Own project scoping, planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, customer communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Travel ~20% to understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality implementations.

Serve as trusted advisor for US and global customers: manage onboarding, implementation, adoption, strategy calls, health monitoring, risk mitigation, renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize customer value.

Lead technical sales engagements for Intenseye across Turkey/EMEA: run technical discovery, configure demos, build POCs, scope integrations, overcome technical objections, and ensure smooth handover to implementation while traveling to customer sites.
