Generate qualified meetings through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting. Qualify opportunities, coordinate with marketing and Account Executives, present high-level introductions to Intenseye's AI/ML SaaS platform, log outreach activity, attend sales meetings and events, and help build territory in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build full-stack features spanning React/TypeScript frontends and C++/Python backends. Design low-latency data pipelines, REST APIs, and async services to process real-time computer vision event streams. Collaborate with product, design, and research, contribute to GCP infrastructure, engage with customers, and champion performance, testing, observability, and documentation.

Provide L1-L3 technical support for an enterprise AI-SaaS platform: handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot connectivity/integration issues (network, SSH, VPN, SSO), investigate application and infrastructure problems, collaborate with engineering/DevOps, maintain documentation, and perform occasional on-site visits.
