Deploys and maintains edge AI systems in factories and warehouses. Works directly with customers to understand operations, define solutions, prototype and validate workflows on site, troubleshoot deployments, and improve reliability. Collaborates with backend, frontend, and research teams to turn field learnings into reusable modules, playbooks, and product improvements. The role is based in New York City with three office days weekly and up to 30% client-site travel.

Serve as the technical partner to account executives during enterprise sales cycles. Lead technical discovery, configure demos, answer integration and architecture questions, develop proofs of concept, address objections, and support custom solutions. Present to executives and operational leaders, train customers and partners, refine pre-sales processes, and coordinate handoffs with implementation teams. The role is hybrid in New York City and requires up to 40% travel.

Manage end-to-end deployments of Intenseye's AI-powered safety platform for global mid-market and enterprise customers. Own project scoping, planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, customer communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Travel ~20% to understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality implementations.

Serve as trusted advisor for US and global customers: manage onboarding, implementation, adoption, strategy calls, health monitoring, risk mitigation, renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize customer value.

Build full-stack features spanning React/TypeScript frontends and C++/Python backends. Design low-latency data pipelines, REST APIs, and async services to process real-time computer vision event streams. Collaborate with product, design, and research, contribute to GCP infrastructure, engage with customers, and champion performance, testing, observability, and documentation.
