Leads the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, organizational culture, financial performance, client and stakeholder relationships, regulatory compliance, and growth initiatives across the Medicare and healthcare insurance business.

Build and scale the Account Management function for an insurance lead distribution platform. Own buyer retention, spend growth, account planning, outreach, KPI development, escalations, and feedback loops. Initially operate as an individual contributor, then establish the playbook, business case, staffing plan, and team structure for a future account management organization.

Lead new business operations for life and annuity submissions, manage Team Leads and Case Managers, enforce KPIs and SLAs, oversee case flow and turnaround times, deliver onboarding and coaching, serve as escalation point for complex cases, partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and report operational performance and risks to leadership.

Sell health and life insurance by contacting prospects, educating clients, managing leads in CRM, building relationships, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the team.

Coordinate onsite interview logistics and candidate experience, schedule panels, prepare rooms and materials, collect feedback, support new-hire orientation, oversee background checks and I-9 verification, generate offers in Workday, and assist with relocation vendor coordination and employee transitions.

Proactively identify and recruit new advisors/agents, manage CRM and sales leads, coordinate calls/webinars, and promote Quantum financial products to drive revenue growth.

Aggregate, clean, integrate, and analyze business data; run routine reports; identify trends and root causes; document work and follow data entry standards; support process improvement.

Design and implement enterprise-scale technical solutions and integrations. Build logical and physical architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerized cloud applications, API management, and security (SAML/OIDC). Collaborate with engineering and product teams, perform testing and debugging, define KPIs/KRIs, and drive innovation and risk management across projects.

Provide administrative support to insurance agents: answer and direct multi-line calls, manage and update client databases, prepare reports and documents, deliver excellent customer service, support daily operations, troubleshoot operational issues, and communicate professionally with customers, agents, carriers, supervisors, and co-workers.

Serve as the company's first point of contact: greet visitors, manage front-desk operations, coordinate mail/packages, maintain office supplies, manage meeting room calendars and catering, assist staff with administrative tasks, track invoices, and support ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth office operations.

Provide client and agent support during enrollment periods by responding to inquiries, guiding enrollment processes, entering and verifying data, tracking enrollment activity, maintaining documentation, and escalating complex issues. Support agents administratively during AEP and help identify process improvements.

Own lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, push, and content cards. Plan, build (copy, HTML, designs), QA, execute, analyze A/B tests, report performance, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and HIPAA. Maintain campaign assets, calendars, and documentation while partnering with brand and external teams.

Manage and support agents to improve performance and satisfaction by providing sales support, training, CRM data entry, troubleshooting operational issues, tracking productivity, and delivering excellent customer service to grow client base and profitability.

Perform premium and general accounting tasks including data entry of cash receipts, disbursements and journal entries, prepare deposits (RDC/lockbox), maintain cash logs and imaging folders, reconcile claims registers, and collaborate with Customer Service and New Business for research and month-end closing.

Create, manage, and distribute compliant marketing content across channels. Own content lifecycle, CMS governance, social media strategy, content calendars, and cross-functional approvals to support product launches, sales enablement, and recruiting.

Process and reconcile retirement plan transactions (contributions, distributions, loans, transfers), maintain participant and plan records, perform quality control, resolve operations issues, support documentation, and propose process improvements to ensure compliance and timely daily processing.

Manage and execute advisor-facing sales marketing programs for life & annuities, overseeing operations, vendor relationships, advertising, engagement strategies, performance analysis, budgeting, and leading Workshop Coordinators to drive advisor activation and program effectiveness.

Support advisors by troubleshooting and optimizing wealth technology platforms (Black Diamond, Salentica, CRM, RCI). Provide onboarding, training, account setup, permissions management, data integrity audits, ticket triage, reporting, and coordination across internal teams and external custodial partners. Track project and training metrics and deliver high-quality advisor support.

Prepare and issue invoices, manage receivables and collections, perform month-end journal entries and reconciliations, support budgeting/forecasting and ad hoc financial analysis, maintain accounting operations, back up critical processes, and identify process improvements.

Perform daily treasury operations including sending issue and ACH files to banks, researching outstanding checks, placing stop payments and issuing replacements, processing ACH returns, reconciling bank accounts, managing Positive Pay tasks, producing notices for outstanding checks, and verifying remote deposits.
