Develops and executes regional sales strategies for insurance products, recruits and retains independent agents, builds broker, carrier, and medical group relationships, grows territory sales, conducts recruiting and training seminars, manages marketing investments, tracks agent interactions, and meets monthly sales goals. Requires extensive travel, strong communication and presentation skills, organizational ability, and physical capacity to lift up to 40 pounds.

Develop and execute sales strategies for annuity products, expand relationships with wholesale groups and agents, activate new partners, and increase production. Provide presale support, complex case design assistance, product illustrations, licensing materials, and guidance on internal systems and E-APP adoption. Promote sales concepts, mentor Sales Support staff, and collaborate with contracting, commissions, and operations teams. The role requires insurance sales experience, an Iowa Insurance License, a valid driver license, and up to 10% travel.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, cloud services, digital transformation, governance, risk management, and technology investments. Oversees enterprise systems, architecture, integrations, budgets, vendors, operational reliability, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Partners with executive leadership to align technology with business growth while leading and developing senior technology teams.
