Perform accurate data entry, maintenance, validation, and reconciliation of agent and consumer records in IntegrityCONNECT and other systems. Monitor data quality, generate basic reports, support contracting processing as backup, assist onboarding/offboarding, document standards and procedures, collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with CMS and company policies.

Provide backend customer support for insurance agents via phone, email, and in-person. Track and resolve service requests, communicate with carriers, update RAMS, navigate Excel reports, assist with contracting/licensing, supplies, new business, and train staff as needed.

Full-cycle talent acquisition role partnering with hiring managers to write job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage ATS and recruiting channels, track hiring metrics, and support recruiting projects to deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.
