Lead creation and execution of a Strategic Procurement function: build the team, design strategic sourcing, category management, SRM and contract processes, drive spend analysis, supplier consolidation, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to transform spend management and procurement operations.

Manage recruitment and growth of agents/agencies with emphasis on Medicare and ACA products. Provide field sales support, training, carrier engagement, and cross-department collaboration. Develop market strategies, create marketing collateral, track campaign effectiveness, and serve as SME on sales systems and reporting to optimize agent acquisition and performance.

Support research staff on secondary government data projects, survey programming, data collection/panel management, and reporting. Assist with client and syndicated project deliverables and maintain records; attend company meetings.
