Manages FP&A and corporate development for the Wealth division, including acquisition modeling, valuation, pipeline management, diligence coordination, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, market intelligence, and Board reporting. Engages directly with sellers, advisors, and executives while managing and developing FP&A analysts. Requires advanced financial modeling, M&A, valuation, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Recruit and onboard independent insurance agents and agencies through outbound phone, email, social media, and lead-generation efforts. Build agent relationships, educate prospects on Medicare, life, and health insurance products, conduct recruiting presentations, maintain CRM records, meet recruiting goals, and follow company and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams while attending relevant industry events and training sessions.

Administer retirement plans in accordance with IRS regulations by performing compliance testing, contribution reconciliation, employer contribution calculations, annual IRS filings, plan document preparation, and reviewing participant distributions and loans. The role supports Compliance Consultants, handles client-plan administrative functions, provides backup phone support, and requires accuracy, organization, customer service, and financial services knowledge.
