Requires 2–4 years of agency experience, strong organization and communication skills, marketing and advertising knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe documents.

Provides sales leadership for independent insurance agents by recruiting, onboarding, training, servicing, and retaining agents. The role also supports sales objectives, participates in management meetings, and may conduct personal sales activities. Candidates must hold a life and health insurance license, have at least one year of insurance marketing and sales experience, and demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate insurance agents.

Supports fixed annuity issuance and processing, daily workflow systems, reporting, application data entry, process improvements, technology testing, and administrative operations. Handles communications, correspondence, package distribution, scanning, filing, and office support for new business and agent support teams. Requires strong accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, follow-up, and teamwork skills, with administrative experience in insurance or investment environments preferred.
