Lead pre- and post-sales technical enablement and implementations with GSI partners for an AI Operations Platform. Drive Co-pilot and Agentic AI use-case design, run workshops, troubleshoot deployments, ensure client go-lives, and optimize CSAT while expanding license adoption and identifying additional AI use cases.

Develop and maintain microservices in Golang and Python, build RESTful APIs, manage Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform. Manage AWS and on-prem infrastructure, design PostgreSQL schemas and Redis caching, configure CI/CD pipelines, optimize database performance, and contribute to system design including Kafka-based event-driven architectures.

Lead design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure using IaC and GitOps; build CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes and service mesh, enforce security and compliance, automate infrastructure and monitoring, optimise costs and performance, lead incident response, disaster recovery, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native backend systems and scalable APIs using Golang, Python, and Rust. Build and deploy microservices to Kubernetes, optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost, implement CI/CD/GitOps pipelines, and monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and availability.

Lead frontend architecture and development, building high-performance React/Next.js applications. Implement responsive, accessible UI components, performance optimizations, bundling strategies, CI/CD, and state management. Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, define frontend standards, collaborate with UX, and drive technical direction and documentation.
