Manages day-to-day client relations operations and assigned publisher relationships. Acts as a liaison between publishers and Ingram, provides publishing and title guidance, supports sales projections and client events, educates clients on service offerings, manages deadlines and business materials, and supervises, mentors, and develops client relations staff.

Supports Oracle Financial and reporting applications throughout the product development lifecycle. Gathers and translates business requirements, documents functional specifications, assists with QA and testing, performs gap analysis, maintains AutoReports and OBIEE reports, troubleshoots reporting issues, and provides first-level support for financial system problem tickets. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the LaVergne, Tennessee office.

Supports publisher customers by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, managing requests, and coordinating with internal teams. Provides guidance on IngramSpark and Lightning Source services, maintains accurate customer records, supports third-party service agents, attends customer meetings, and contributes to sales growth through effective upselling.

Provides technical support for publisher content submissions, including file setup, validation, editing, troubleshooting, and basic fixes. Prepares digital book interiors and covers using Adobe software and publisher specifications. Communicates submission issues and solutions to publishers and internal teams, escalates complex or quality concerns, and collaborates with PreMedia, Operations, Sales, Client Services, IT, and leadership while learning internal systems and processes.

Designs, builds, operates, and secures cloud infrastructure and platform services across Azure and Google Cloud. Responsibilities include Kubernetes administration, infrastructure as code, configuration automation, CI/CD and GitOps, observability, load balancing with HAProxy Enterprise, vulnerability remediation, patching, high availability, and TLS management. The role troubleshoots escalated issues, leads infrastructure projects, develops technical documentation, evaluates technologies, and mentors engineers.

Leads planning, production, and execution of physical and virtual trade shows, meetings, and events for multiple business divisions. Coordinates with internal teams, executives, clients, business partners, and vendors; manages event software, presentations, timelines, negotiations, and multiple high-priority assignments while delivering exceptional stakeholder and customer service.

Provides industrial engineering support for distribution and manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, material flow, inventory control, logistics, and process improvement. Designs and evaluates integrated systems, layouts, products, and processes; leads lean initiatives and engineering projects; performs feasibility and cost analyses; coordinates installations and vendor evaluations; and communicates recommendations to management.

Plan, execute, and optimize consumer advertising campaigns across channels (Ingram iD, Walmart, Meta, Google). Monitor performance, report results to stakeholders, manage campaign inventory, and support development of revenue-generating marketing programs.
