Promotes and sells publisher titles to bookstore accounts across New England. Responsibilities include developing new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, presenting seasonal titles, growing frontlist and backlist sales, coordinating promotions, advising on inventory and market trends, resolving customer issues, forecasting sales, and collaborating with publishers, marketing, and internal teams to meet territory growth targets.

Manages proposal and RFP processes for library services, including researching financial and competitive information, developing profitable pricing, creating financial models, writing customized proposals, and tracking response timelines. Provides post-award contract administration, discount and pricing system support, reporting, database maintenance, and guidance to account managers and clients.

Pull orders from warehouse shelves using paper, RF, or voice-activated assignments; verify quantities, scan completed orders, and stage carts correctly. Responsibilities include order releases, credit processing, collections, payment-plan recommendations, reconciliations, credit holds, credit-card processing, account research, and resolving customer issues. The role uses Oracle, CyberSource, Web-Admin, JIRA-Credit, Excel, and Outlook while collaborating with sales, client services, accounts payable, returns, IT, and international offices.

Designs, builds, operates, and secures cloud infrastructure and platform services across Azure and Google Cloud. Responsibilities include Kubernetes administration, infrastructure as code, configuration automation, CI/CD and GitOps, observability, load balancing with HAProxy Enterprise, vulnerability remediation, patching, high availability, and TLS management. The role troubleshoots escalated issues, leads infrastructure projects, develops technical documentation, evaluates technologies, and mentors engineers.

Maintains product and purchase order data, sets up new items, expedites overdue orders, tracks shipments, resolves supplier discrepancies, and supports internal stakeholders through JIRA tickets. Manages assigned manufacturing and shipping departments producing books, including materials, equipment, order routing, staffing, quality control, and customer requests. Supervises shift supervisors and associates, handles evaluations, attendance, hiring, training, discipline recommendations, and safety compliance. Coordinates with other departments to resolve complaints, expedite rush orders, and meet client needs while ensuring hazardous-material guidelines are followed.

Processes phone, chat, and email requests from internal and external clients through a ticketing system. Supports order entry, inventory management, reporting, work orders, credit adjustments, and related transactions. Researches and resolves client issues, provides first-level systems support, escalates problems, maintains process expertise, creates procedure documentation, and liaises with departments and publisher clients. Requires accurate, timely work, strong communication, independent judgment, and adaptability.

Maintains and develops Oracle-based backend applications for print-on-demand operations. Builds stored procedures, functions, packages, and optimized SQL; tunes performance and manages large-table purging and archiving. Generates flat file, XML, and JSON outputs, develops Linux shell automation, and integrates database processes with operating-system scripts. Designs concurrency-safe solutions, supports testing and application services, and works with Oracle Support to resolve issues. The role requires three days per week in the Nashville office.

Provides industrial engineering support for distribution and manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, material flow, inventory control, logistics, and process improvement. Plan, execute, and optimize consumer advertising campaigns across channels (Ingram iD, Walmart, Meta, Google). Monitor performance, report results to stakeholders, manage campaign inventory, and support development of revenue-generating marketing programs.

Review and validate new Lightning Source and IngramSpark accounts and titles to ensure content integrity and fraud mitigation. Coordinate automated account setups, manage quarantines and partner reports, communicate with clients and cross-functional teams, monitor catalog quality, and suggest process improvements.
