Manage recruiting processes from sourcing through offers for full-time and part-time roles. Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, maintain accurate ATS records, and partner with hiring managers on role requirements and recruiting updates. The Recruiter will support a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, manage multiple priorities, contribute to recruiting projects, and help deliver a positive candidate experience.

Develop corporate partnerships, grow B2B and B2C channels, meet families, manage leads and the full sales process, and organize regional marketing events. The role requires local relationship building, public speaking, business development, and collaboration with regional leadership and marketing teams. The position is 85% remote with approximately 15% local travel.

Manage prospective student leads and family consultations, conduct sales calls, build relationships, and close enrollments. Develop corporate partnership channels through business development outreach and maintain ongoing partner relationships. The role requires strong communication, public speaking, initiative, and native Mandarin proficiency, with experience in sales or corporate development preferred or required.
