InGenius Prep was founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. In that time, the company has grown to a team of more than 190 full-time employees, 600 part-time employees, as well as offices in the U.S., Canada, China, amongst other countries.

How You’ll Help:
The Associate Enrollment Director will work on establishing new operations, forming corporate partnerships, assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and making a direct sales contribution, while working with the Office Director. This is a position for someone intrepid, with a strong entrepreneurial bent, and who takes a ton of initiative. What You’ll Do:
- Identify, establish and grow B2B partnerships, B2C channels (such as WeChat groups), and other partners/affiliates both in Hong Kong and across China
- Meet with families, follow up with leads individually, build personal connections with leads, manage the entire sale process
- Working with your partners and marketing team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality events, increase brand-awareness and lead-generation efforts
- Take a leading role in helping grow InGenius enrollment and the InGenius brand across Hong Kong
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Native Mandarin/Cantonese speakers.
- Have at least two years of experience in the education industry; candidates with significant experience in sales, recruitment, or enrollment may also be considered. Experience in college counseling or admissions is a plus.
- Bring experience in sales or business development, with an existing network or connections in the area as an advantage.
- Holding a degree from a U.S. university is a plus.
- Are a strong communicator, both in writing and speaking, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have proven experience in sales or business development.
- Are a talented and experienced public speaker.

Compensation:Total compensation ranges from HKD500,000 to HKD630,000, which includes a base salary and potential commissions based on performance.
