The Associate Enrollment Director will develop B2B partnerships, B2C channels, and affiliate relationships across Hong Kong and China. Responsibilities include meeting families, managing leads and the full sales process, coordinating high-quality events with partners and marketing, supporting lead generation, and increasing enrollment and brand awareness. The role requires strong initiative, communication, organization, public speaking, and sales or business development experience.

Manages leads and the full enrollment sales process, meets with families, organizes monthly marketing events, supports marketing campaigns, and builds local brand awareness. The role is primarily remote with 15% local travel and requires Mandarin fluency, sales or business development experience, strong communication, and public speaking skills.

Own New Jersey market growth through direct consultative sales to Chinese-speaking families seeking U.S. college and graduate admissions support. Manage the full sales cycle, generate opportunities through referrals, partnerships, networking, and events, and build relationships with families and community partners. Represent the company locally while coordinating with education teams during client transition and service delivery.
