Full Stack Development Interns will build and maintain backend APIs, frontend features, integrations, background workflows, and GenAI capabilities. The role involves Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, debugging, testing, Git workflows, and collaboration with engineering teams. Interns will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, databases, deployment, third-party integrations, and production-grade application development.

Provides technical and production support by monitoring applications, alerts, logs, APIs, jobs, and workflows. Troubleshoots incidents, database and integration issues, and failed processes; escalates complex problems to engineering teams; coordinates with clients and internal stakeholders; documents incidents, root-cause inputs, handovers, and recurring issues. Requires rotational early-morning and evening shifts, independent investigation, effective communication, and timely incident resolution.

Supports project coordination, customer onboarding, product training, requirements gathering, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, documentation, status reporting, and quality assurance for enterprise SaaS analytics products. The intern will coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams, train customers on mobile and dashboard applications, facilitate meetings, track milestones, and help resolve customer problems while building strong client relationships.

Performs manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications within an Agile product delivery team. Conducts exploratory, regression, functional, system, usability, smoke, and API testing; documents test plans, cases, bugs, and results; collaborates with developers, product owners, and stakeholders; and develops automation and regression coverage using Selenium and optionally Appium.

Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships, product adoption, usage metrics, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Analyze customer data and feedback, support issue resolution, communicate product value, and collaborate with Product Management on feature launches and strategies. The role focuses on helping global enterprise customers achieve business outcomes while reducing churn and strengthening long-term engagement.

Monitor production applications, APIs, servers, databases, integrations, and scheduled jobs; investigate alerts and incidents; troubleshoot logs, APIs, data, configurations, and services; perform approved operational fixes; provide Level 1/Level 2 support; document and escalate defects; coordinate with Engineering and DevOps; support deployments; conduct incident reviews and root-cause analysis; and maintain accurate shift handovers during rotational coverage.

Develops and deploys computer vision and deep learning systems by implementing research techniques, extending code modules, building machine learning backends, and training models at scale. The role involves rapid experimentation and analysis across object detection, object tracking, OCR, image classification, and video analysis, using Python, OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
