Full Stack Development Interns will build and maintain backend APIs, frontend features, integrations, background workflows, and GenAI capabilities. The role involves Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, debugging, testing, Git workflows, and collaboration with engineering teams. Interns will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, databases, deployment, third-party integrations, and production-grade application development.

Provides technical and production support by monitoring applications, alerts, logs, APIs, jobs, and workflows. Troubleshoots incidents, database and integration issues, and failed processes; escalates complex problems to engineering teams; coordinates with clients and internal stakeholders; documents incidents, root-cause inputs, handovers, and recurring issues. Requires rotational early-morning and evening shifts, independent investigation, effective communication, and timely incident resolution.

Supports project coordination, customer onboarding, product training, requirements gathering, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, documentation, status reporting, and quality assurance for enterprise SaaS analytics products. The intern will coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams, train customers on mobile and dashboard applications, facilitate meetings, track milestones, and help resolve customer problems while building strong client relationships.
