Provides desktop and infrastructure support across two units, including Chromeleon and other applications, servers, networks, hardware, printing, IT assets, and laboratory systems. Supports vendors, GxP activities, system qualification and validation documentation, desktop policy implementation, antivirus and patch compliance, ticket resolution, and coordination with corporate IT. Follows IT SOPs, EHS procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency preparedness protocols.

Provides senior technical support for GxP laboratory, production, OT, DCS, and IT infrastructure at the Patalganga site. Responsibilities include maintaining application and infrastructure servers, supporting Chromeleon, EBR, PAS-X, SAP PPM, vCenter, Hyper-V, and Fortinet environments, managing network and firewall configurations, executing workstation and server qualification, maintaining cGMP documentation and SOP compliance, resolving user and vendor issues, and training engineers.

Coordinates IT helpdesk activities, prioritizes and assigns support requests, maintains asset records, manages vendor and warranty follow-ups, processes procurement requests and SAP GRNs, tracks deliveries and approvals, handles insurance claims, and oversees e-waste disposal and asset scrapping documentation.

Provides 24/7 rotational technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, networking, user accounts, and connectivity issues. Installs and configures workstations, applications, peripherals, and security updates; manages support tickets, assets, licenses, and access permissions. Troubleshoots LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote access problems, escalates complex incidents, and guides employees on software and security best practices.

Monitor and maintain Linux servers, perform health checks, manage accounts and permissions, troubleshoot operating system and service issues, apply patches, review logs, and support backup and disaster recovery activities. Maintain documentation, participate in shift operations, and coordinate with senior engineers on issue resolution and projects. Requires basic Linux administration, networking, monitoring, SSH, and troubleshooting skills; virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud knowledge are beneficial.

Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice and supplier invoice processing, bank reconciliations, expense reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. Support statutory filings (Income Tax, TDS, GST), manage debtors and creditors, assist with cost management initiatives, and help prepare Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.

Own territory sales across Pune for datacenter infrastructure, cloud, backup, cybersecurity, graphic workstations and implementation services. Acquire new customers, grow accounts, manage renewals, engage CXOs and IT leaders, collaborate with pre-sales/OEMs, and meet revenue targets while maintaining pipeline and forecasts.

Provide desktop and QA support for manufacturing IT: user account and privilege management, ITSM ticketing, system backup/restore, date/time and recipe management, HMI and machine admin tasks, audit trail reviews, support software validation, CAPA/deviation handling, calibration support, and technical assistance during equipment breakdowns.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, develop strategic plans, build client relationships, generate leads, negotiate and close deals, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare proposals and report performance to senior management.
