Provide Level 1 and remote technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Microsoft Office, Outlook, applications, and antivirus software. Troubleshoot hardware, malware, basic networking, email, and Active Directory access issues. Perform hardware replacement, preventive maintenance, IT asset inventory management, and user account support in workgroup and domain environments.

Engage CXOs and IT leaders, collaborate with pre-sales and OEM partners, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.

Own territory sales across Pune for datacenter infrastructure, cloud, backup, cybersecurity, graphic workstations and implementation services. Acquire new customers, grow accounts, manage renewals, engage CXOs and IT leaders, collaborate with pre-sales/OEMs, and meet revenue targets while maintaining pipeline and forecasts.

Provide desktop and QA support for manufacturing IT: user account and privilege management, ITSM ticketing, system backup/restore, date/time and recipe management, HMI and machine admin tasks, audit trail reviews, support software validation, CAPA/deviation handling, calibration support, and technical assistance during equipment breakdowns.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, develop strategic plans, build client relationships, generate leads, negotiate and close deals, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare proposals and report performance to senior management.

Drive new customer acquisition and account growth for IT infrastructure solutions in Hyderabad. Sell servers, storage, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, VDI, mobility management, and backup/DR. Manage territory, build CXO-level relationships, collaborate with pre-sales and OEM partners, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and meet revenue targets.

Combine IT backup administration (Commvault/CommCell) with QA/QMS documentation and validation for pharma GxP systems: TrackWise change control, IOPQ/Network qualifications, SOPs, audits, FMECA, deviation/CAPA management, backup monitoring/restores, media management, and reporting.
