Provide Level 1 and remote technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Microsoft Office, Outlook, applications, and antivirus software. Troubleshoot hardware, malware, basic networking, email, and Active Directory access issues. Perform hardware replacement, preventive maintenance, IT asset inventory management, and user account support in workgroup and domain environments.

Provide first-line desktop support by troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity (LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN). Manage IT asset inventory, install and maintain operating systems and standard applications, assist users with email and login issues, escalate to L2 when needed, log incidents in the ticketing system, and deliver status reports to the IT supervisor.

Own Hyderabad territory to acquire new customers and grow accounts by selling IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, VDI, backup/DR). Engage CXOs and IT leaders, collaborate with pre-sales and OEM partners, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.
