Provide desktop and QA support for manufacturing IT: user account and privilege management, ITSM ticketing, system backup/restore, date/time and recipe management, HMI and machine admin tasks, audit trail reviews, support software validation, CAPA/deviation handling, calibration support, and technical assistance during equipment breakdowns.

Requirements
- Required

- Knowledge
of SOP documentation and compliance processes preferred.
- Good
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in shift operations.
- Educational
Qualification
Graduation
along with better written communication skills will be an added advantage.
