Serves as a strategic HR advisor to leadership and plant management, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Manages complex employee relations, investigations, performance coaching, talent planning, retention, compliance, policies, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding. Supports workforce planning, training, succession planning, and talent reviews while mentoring junior HR staff and backing up the HR Director. Requires strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industrial environment.

Leads full-lifecycle delivery of complex FAA and defense programs, from proposal capture through certification, system delivery, customer acceptance, and closeout. Manages scope, schedule, cost, risk, compliance, governance, financial performance, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams. Interfaces with government stakeholders, oversees safety-critical system integration and testing, maintains regulatory and audit readiness, and ensures compliance with federal contracting, export control, and certification requirements.

Designs, develops, verifies, integrates, and maintains FPGA-based digital logic for navigation, surveillance, and software-defined radio systems. Develops VHDL code through simulation, synthesis, place-and-route, and timing closure; implements digital signal processing algorithms; collaborates on hardware and firmware integration; and debugs designs using simulation tools and laboratory equipment.

Supports technology transfers, design changes, manufacturing documentation, production process improvements, production testing, test fixtures, production cell setup, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. The role interfaces with engineering teams and subcontract manufacturers to improve production readiness, quality, efficiency, throughput, and cost while providing design-for-manufacturability feedback.

Leads full lifecycle delivery of complex, safety-critical FAA and defense programs, from proposals and capture through certification, installation, integration, testing, and government acceptance. Owns scope, schedule, cost, financial performance, compliance, risk, change control, subcontractors, and stakeholder engagement. Develops program plans, integrated master schedules, budgets, forecasts, and EACs; leads cross-functional teams and government reviews; maintains regulatory, security, export-control, and audit compliance.

Tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and performs production acceptance of aviation electronics, NAVAIDS, surveillance radios, and other digital, analog, and RF systems. Diagnoses failures to the component level using schematics and technical documentation, performs rework, retests repaired units, and documents results. Maintains test equipment and supports Engineering and Production teams with reliability improvements. Requires flexible shift availability, production-environment work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Supports sales and use tax reconciliations, payments, filings, property tax compliance, regulatory submissions, basic accounting entries, account reconciliations, and document organization. The role requires accounting or tax experience, basic tax knowledge, Excel skills, and strong attention to detail. ERP experience, U.S. tax knowledge, and Spanish proficiency are preferred.

Manage end-to-end federal contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, administering, and tracking contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS, advise legal and commercial leaders on business decisions, support proposals and program performance, and serve as the primary interface with U.S. government contracting officers and procurement agents. The role requires government contracting experience in defense or aerospace, knowledge of multiple contract types, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

Supports radar manufacturing quality by leading 8D and PPS problem-solving, analyzing defects and quality KPIs, implementing corrective actions, presenting performance trends to management, and supporting production milestones and continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and applies quality tools including Control Plans, FMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen. Requires English/Spanish bilingual proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Provides financial and program controls for a complex aviation program, including budgets, forecasts, ETC/EAC, variance analysis, cost and schedule integration, executive dashboards, financial close, risk analysis, contract funding analysis, and performance reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management to identify risks, support corrective actions, and inform program decisions.

Leads U.S. IT and OT systems across industrial plants and corporate environments. Oversees infrastructure, networks, production systems, MES, SCADA, PLCs, cybersecurity controls, system integrations, business continuity, incident response, vendors, budgeting, and alignment with global IT strategy. Coordinates with production, engineering, maintenance, global IT, and government stakeholders while ensuring operational continuity, compliance with NIST frameworks, and secure IT/OT integration.

Leads organization-wide IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, business systems integration, and technical support. Manages servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, enterprise applications, security controls, audits, incident response, and continuity planning. Supervises and develops IT personnel, coordinates infrastructure projects, maintains documentation and service-management practices, and partners with leadership and cross-functional teams on technology strategy, budgets, and improvements.

Designs and develops RF and microwave systems from requirements through validation and production release. Responsibilities include microstrip and stripline circuit design, high-power L-Band pulsed RF amplifier development, RF layout, simulation, analysis, troubleshooting, and component design. Supports navigation aid systems, program engineering teams, product testing, production transition, and continuous quality improvement.

Supports execution of a $342 million radar program through customer billing, invoicing, financial forecasting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, contract administration, documentation, and executive reporting. Coordinates across finance, contracts, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and program management. Tracks funding, milestones, modifications, deliverables, payments, and variances while assisting with proposals, change requests, customer presentations, and program reviews.

Lead the Quality Engineering and Inspection team, manage the ISO-certified quality system, maintain policies and procedures, monitor supplier quality, support proposals and cross-functional product development, and ensure compliance with ISO, aerospace, customer, and government requirements. The role requires extensive durable-goods manufacturing experience, familiarity with RF electronics and navigation systems, limited worldwide travel, and successful completion of a U.S. government background investigation.

Supports implementation, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial automation systems in production environments. Programs and configures Siemens PLCs, interfaces with SCADA and MES/APS platforms, resolves controls issues, supports data monitoring and continuous improvement, and develops technical documentation and training materials. Collaborates with U.S. operations, plant personnel, and global engineering teams, including Spanish-speaking teams in Spain.
