Drafts, reviews, and negotiates federal government contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements. Ensures compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements, evaluates RFPs and RFQs for regulatory risks, advises program teams on mitigation, and manages subcontract clause flow-downs. The attorney also helps transfer administrative legal tasks to business teams and improve legal department processes.

Supports electrical engineering activities for air traffic systems, including circuit design, analog and digital electronics, PCB assembly, testing, troubleshooting, hardware integration, documentation, and root-cause analysis. Uses laboratory test equipment and engineering software while collaborating with electrical, software, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams. Assists with engineering change orders, bills of materials, test procedures, and production support.

Develop and maintain embedded software and firmware for navigation aids, surveillance radios, and related systems. Support requirements gathering, design, coding, hardware-software integration, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Create automated manufacturing tests using test equipment, environmental chambers, and built-in test systems. Participate in design reviews and use C/C++, Python, MATLAB, Visual Studio, Windows, and Linux environments.
