Leads the technical execution and delivery of intelligent transportation and tolling projects across their lifecycle. Responsibilities include system architecture, engineering design, subsystem integration, technical documentation, testing, deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational readiness. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, vendors, clients, and project managers while ensuring technical compliance and system reliability. The role requires expertise in tolling, roadside systems, traffic management, networking, ITS architectures, and transportation technology, with travel up to 40% and potential relocation to Atlanta or Florida.
