ALG Infrastructure Advisors (an Indra company) is seeking Senior PMO Analysts to join our on-site team at Miami International Airport (MIA). You will support the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Concessions Modernization Program—a $250M+ project redeveloping 200+ airport concession spaces.
Working alongside the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) Program Controls division, this role offers hands-on experience in large-scale project management, data analytics, and stakeholder reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Concessions Modernization Program, ensuring successful execution of more than 200 concurrent projects through effective project controls, stakeholder management, and performance monitoring.
- Lead program-wide coordination efforts among MDAD departments, concessionaires, designers, contractors, and executive stakeholders to support timely project delivery.
- Develop and present executive briefings, strategic analyses, and decision-support materials for airport leadership and County Commissioners.
- Direct program controls activities, including schedule management, cost tracking, KPI reporting, risk identification, and variance analysis.
- Champion the development and continuous improvement of program management systems, reporting tools, workflows, and data governance practices.
- Establish and maintain program documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge management resources, and team training initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of relevant Project Management/ PMO Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Data Visualization and data modeling experience, Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or design/spatial software is a plus.
- Skills: Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
