Supports the PMO for a $250M+ airport concessions modernization program. Maintains dashboards and program systems, tracks schedules, costs, variances, and risks across more than 200 projects, prepares leadership and stakeholder reports, coordinates meetings, and organizes program documentation, procedures, and training materials.

Leads PMO oversight for a $250M+ airport concessions modernization program involving more than 200 concurrent projects. Responsibilities include program coordination, executive reporting, schedule and cost controls, KPI and risk analysis, variance reporting, stakeholder management, documentation, process improvement, data governance, and team training. The role is fully on-site at Miami International Airport and supports airport leadership, county officials, contractors, designers, concessionaires, and internal departments.

Leads commercial activities and business development for transit technology solutions in the United States. Develops market strategy, engages public transportation agencies and operators, manages qualified opportunities, coordinates teaming partnerships, and leads proposals, presentations, and bids. Requires transportation-sector sales experience involving fare collection and CAD/AVL systems, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technology value. The role is based on either the East or West Coast.
