The ERP Support Engineer will manage daily operations and support for the ERP system, resolve user incidents, perform monitoring tasks, and assist in change implementations, ensuring quality documentation and communication with third parties.

Assemble sunroofs and components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain attendance and work effectively in a team.

Develop and launch automotive roof/sunroof systems: create 3D/2D CAD, manage BOMs, lead DFMEA, create DV/PV test plans, drive design reviews and supplier approvals, support sample production and on-site customer technical issue resolution.

Develop and execute validation tests (DV/PV/IES) for automotive roof systems. Create test plans/DVPs, arrange fixtures and resources, coordinate with global teams, suppliers and customers, run tests and report results/issues, supervise technicians, ensure lab safety/5S, and support project quotations and equipment acceptance.

Design, test, and validate electrical systems for sunroofs including controllers, motors, and ECUs. Support component selection and quoting, define and run test plans, provide production electrical support, analyze failures with QE/SQE, and manage localization of motors and ECUs.

Lead system development for automotive sunroof controllers: gather and analyze customer needs and functional safety (ISO 26262) requirements, maintain requirements and architecture documents (DNG/DOORS), coordinate technical discussions with customers and suppliers, manage schedules and testing (internal and vehicle verification), track defects and changes, and deliver final controller releases.

Design, validate, and test automotive roof subsystem concepts. Lead feasibility studies, DFMEA and tolerance analyses, benchmark competitors, collect innovation ideas, define study timelines, collaborate cross-functionally and with OEMs to deliver customer-quality solutions.

Lead CAD-driven development of automotive roof systems: create 3D/2D data, manage BOMs, produce and maintain DFMEA, prepare DV/PV test plans, lead design reviews and engineering changes, support sample production and suppliers, and provide on-site customer technical support.

Manage patent administration by entering and verifying data in the patent management system, coordinating with external patent agents, processing IP-related financial authorizations in the ERP, conducting data research and reporting, and providing cross-functional administrative support for IP and project activities.
