Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:- Be a sparring partner for the management and the executives in your area of responsibility for all people related topics
- Close cooperation with the Global HR Center of Excellence while executing and implementing global HR process within your area of responsibility
- Identify and represent specific business requirements on HR products and services and advocate this in the global HR community
- Establish a strong relationships within the functional teams and develop a deep understanding of the business in order both to suggest forward-looking business solutions and pre-empt potential issues
- Coach, support, up-skill, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide guidance on complex HR issues
- Drive cross-functional alignment and standardization of HR processes
- A relevant Master’s degree, e.g. in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Extensive experience in managing all people related matters along the employee life-cycle
- Solid knowledge in labor law and experience in working with unions and works councils strongly preferred
- Strong communicator and intercultural collaborator; able to work and connect with all levels of the organization, including top management
- Trustworthy and approachable personality
- Proficiency in English and Dutch is a must, all other languages are a plus
