Manage product engineering for mechanical automotive roof-system projects, supporting new and sustaining programs, resolving plant issues, coaching and directing PE managers, and coordinating global engineering initiatives. Develop long-term team and organizational strategies, standardize engineering procedures and IATF 16949 documentation, and lead process optimization across the PE organization.

Develops automotive sunroof and roof systems for future vehicle models. Responsibilities include creating 3D CAD data and 2D drawings, managing bills of materials, maintaining DFMEAs, creating and tracking validation test plans, resolving testing and production issues, leading design reviews and engineering changes, coordinating suppliers and customers, supporting design-for-assembly and design-for-manufacturing analysis, and providing on-site technical support.

Manage month-end closing, prepare budgets and forecasts, maintain standard costs, perform reconciliations and cost analysis, monitor AR/AP and cash flow, produce financial reports, and collaborate with global teams to resolve financial issues.
