Teams at Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V.

Manage month-end closing, prepare budgets and forecasts, maintain standard costs, perform reconciliations and cost analysis, monitor AR/AP and cash flow, produce financial reports, and collaborate with global teams to resolve financial issues.

Lead plant materials operations including planning, warehouse, customer service, logistics and engineering change coordination. Balance inventory, freight and staffing vs. delivery performance; implement inbound/outbound flows during industrialization using INFOR LN; manage SCM KPIs, continuous improvement, safety and supplier forecasts; coach and develop the local SCM team and partner with production, purchasing and engineering.

Act as HR business partner to management and executives, implement global HR processes, identify business HR needs, coach and up-skill managers, ensure cross-functional alignment, and support complex people-related matters including labor law and union interactions.
