Ensures robust automotive roof system designs and production processes meet customer, quality, safety, environmental, budget, and delivery requirements. The role supervises engineering staff and supports purchasing, supplier quality, operations, and global engineering initiatives.

Manages plant quality systems, audits, corrective actions, inspections, customer requirements, certification compliance, continuous improvement, and quality personnel. Oversees IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CCAP compliance while supporting launches, supplier quality, risk assessments, reporting, and production activities in an automotive manufacturing environment.
