Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 Customer Success Managers to improve onboarding, retention, and lifetime value. Handle escalations, refunds/chargebacks, coach CSMs on objection handling, monitor KPIs, refine processes and SOPs, collaborate with Sales/Marketing, and provide daily reporting.

Lead and scale a 100% organic content engine from Instagram to YouTube, short-form and written platforms. Own Instagram growth, write teleprompter scripts, direct video execution, define KPIs, hire and train a content team, and expand distribution into podcasts, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn while driving revenue and follower growth.

Qualify and engage high-intent, high-value leads via phone, build and maintain a buyers list/CRM, handle objections, position higher-ticket upsells, and collaborate with closers and leadership to maximize conversions and revenue.

Maintain accurate daily operational checklists, perform precise data entry and review, build and manage Google Sheets, catch and correct errors, and support the operations team with ad hoc tasks in a fully remote role.
