Full-time video editor producing long-form YouTube content and short-form Reels/TikToks/Shorts. Responsibilities include storytelling-driven edits, rapid attention-grabbing short-form cuts, collaborating on concepts and scripts, analyzing performance data to iterate, and daily teamwork with other editors. Must master at least one major editing tool and deliver content optimized for virality.
