Do you LOVE Instagram, and already spend hours scrolling on a daily basis? 

Do you quickly dissect what made a post go viral and what prevented another one from doing so?

If so, keep reading—because this is not your typical  "Instagram growth / plain copywriting” role.

We’re looking for someone obsessed with Instagram—someone who already spends hours a day immersed in the platform, studying content across every niche imaginable: fitness, self-development, business, faith, relationships, comedy, faceless reels, and more.

The #1 thing we care about is spotting HYPER viral content—anything that hits at least a 5:1 view-to-follower ratio (ex: A reel with 500K views on a 100K follower account)—and breaking down exactly what made it pop.

Your job is to then translate those insights into clear hooks, concepts, and copy that Richard can use to create similar content for his personal brand.

We're looking for a trend analyst with copywriting experience.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

1. Viral Trend Research

  • Spend your days researching Instagram to uncover emerging viral trends across all niches imaginable (fitness, business, motivation, theme pages, personal brands, guys pages, girl pages, religion/faith pages, theme pages, and dozens of other niches not mentioned here)
  • Track and analyze at least 50+ posts per day.
  • Identify commonalities between the highest-performing content: hooks, copy, visuals, style, tone, etc.
  • Organize findings and document key insights clearly for fast execution.

2. Copywriting & Application

  • Take the top viral trends and apply them to Richard’s personal brand.
  • Write basic carousel copy & video scripts in different formats as seen on our page.
  • Collaborate & coordinate content production with our internal content team to make sure your ideas align with the brand voice and goals.

  • You’re obsessed with reverse-engineering the psychology behind attention-grabbing content.
  • BIG Bonus: You’ve worked with other personal brands and understand how to reverse-engineer for engagement + inbound leads.

💰 Compensation

  • This is negotiable, and will depend on your prior experience.
    Ranges from $2K – $5K/month, depending on experience and execution.
  • Open to performance-based bonuses or higher tiers for director-level thinkers (We've had entry-level copywriters, all the way to director level at $20K per month).
