Right now, we're searching for a full-time AI Ads Video Editor to produce high-performing paid ads built around AI avatars, AI voiceovers, and creative formats that don't require founder involvement to film. If you live and breathe AI tools and you know how to turn them into ads that actually convert this role is for you.

Tasks

Create AI-driven paid ads from concept to final cut — including AI avatars, AI voiceovers, AI b-roll, and motion graphics

  • Produce ads in the style we already run for Impact Clients (you'll be expected to study and match our existing ad library)
  • Innovate in editing styles by looking at what competitors do
  • Be strong at editing attention grabbing hooks that keeps viewers watching until the CTA
  • Work in volume and quality, being able to edit ads that will be launched at scale and will perofrm
  • Collaborate with our copywriters to turn high quality copy into high quality ads
  • Stay on top of the latest AI tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, etc.) and bring new creative formats to the team
  • Use insights from copywriters and winning ads to improve the next round of creatives
  • As a bonus: brainstorm and collaborate on ad angles, scripts, and concepts that maximize ROAS

Requirements

Application requirements:

  • You must send your Ads/AI content portfolio
  • You must record a 5-min loom video of presentation

If both of the above requirements aren't met, you will not be considered for a position.

Tools You Should Master

  • AI video editing tools: Higgsfield, HeyGen, Synthesia, Captions AI, or equivalent
  • AI voice tools: ElevenLabs, or equivalent
  • AI video/image generation: Nano-banana, Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, etc.
  • Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (must be highly proficient in at least one)
  • After Effects for advanced graphic animations

Who this role is not for

  • If you've never edited paid ads before or don't understand direct-response creative
  • If you're not deeply familiar with AI editing tools and AI avatars
  • If you're uncomfortable with faith-based Christian content/refuse to edit Christian content if absolutely necessary (this won't be a key part of the role/ads don't have a lot of christian edits)
  • If you can't commit to and hold deadlines
  • If you're unable to communicate properly on deadlines/manage expectations on the delivery of your work

  • Bonuses:
    • You have experience with FB/Tiktok/IG editing and long-form Youtube editing
    • You have written ads/have been a copywriter in the past
    • You have edited AI ads that had massive results (please share numbers if you have them)
    • You have led an editing team in the past

Benefits
  • Compensation range: $1,500–$3,500/month full-package depending on skill, speed, and results
  • Compensation consists of a base + bonus (depends on performance)

Skills Required

  • Submit Ads/AI content portfolio
  • Record and submit a 5-minute Loom presentation
  • Proven experience editing paid ads and understanding direct-response creative
  • Deep familiarity with AI avatar and AI editing tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Higgsfield, Captions AI or equivalent)
  • Experience with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or equivalent)
  • Experience with AI video/image generation tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, Nano-banana or equivalent)
  • High proficiency in at least one NLE: Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Proficiency with After Effects for advanced graphic animations
  • Ability to produce volume-quality ads that convert and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of paid ad structure: hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, direct-response storytelling
  • Willingness to edit faith-based Christian content if necessary
  • Good communication and expectation management around deadlines/deliverables
  • Experience with FB/TikTok/IG ad editing or long-form YouTube editing
  • Experience writing ads or copywriting background
  • Proven results editing AI ads (metrics/ROAS) or prior leadership of editing teams
