The Business Analyst will engage stakeholders, document requirements, support Agile teams, analyze data, and facilitate product development to enhance digital products.

As a Front-End Developer, you will design and implement responsive web applications using React or Angular, optimize performance, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver features on a cloud-native stack.

Support content creation and internal/external communications: write articles, create social media posts and short videos, assist video production/editing, manage intranet, help plan events, and ensure consistent brand messaging while collaborating across teams.

Develop backend Java applications for outsourced projects using J2EE and Spring. Design, implement, and consume SOAP and REST web services, interact with SQL Server via JDBC and Hibernate, and manage code with Git and Azure DevOps. Collaborate with team members, participate in project delivery, and apply strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to produce scalable enterprise solutions.

Hands-on technical lead responsible for coding, architecture, and delivery. Mentor developers, own technical decisions (including cloud infrastructure), ensure project quality and timelines, manage team performance and stakeholder coordination, and report unit performance to senior leadership.

Design and develop scalable data pipelines, modernize legacy flows, ensure data governance, and collaborate with stakeholders. Utilize Azure and Databricks technologies to maintain data quality and operationalize processes through CI/CD.

Coordinate the delivery of a strategic robotics product, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget, and technical specifications while managing risks and communication with stakeholders.

Assist the HR team in daily operations, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration tasks. Gain hands-on HR experience.

Manage and support enterprise LAN/WLAN, IP CCTV, and firewall infrastructure in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Perform cable termination, rack installations, monitoring, IP addressing, routing, and maintain network documentation while driving infrastructure improvements.

Design, implement and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, packaging and deployments across Linux, AIX, Windows and OpenShift. Integrate pipelines with Git, SonarQube, Docker, LiquiBase, Newman-Postman and databases. Build web tools for release and data management and configure monitoring/health dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus and the ELK stack. Work closely with banking clients to translate requirements into specifications.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for software and ICT proposals to government and enterprise clients. Manage opportunity assessment, RFP analysis, cross-functional input, proposal writing, bid plans, compliance, reviews, and handover to delivery while maintaining reusable content and supporting negotiations.

Work with technical and business teams to design technology solutions, support presales and proposals, run client workshops, analyze requirements, document solutions, research technologies, estimate effort, and collaborate with architects, sales, and delivery teams.

Design and implement IBM BAW solutions for workflows and case management; develop integrations using IBM ACE/Integration Bus; manage API lifecycle and governance; optimize performance, troubleshoot production, and support migration/consolidation in a banking environment while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Support mechanical design and prototyping for automated welding with a UR10e cobot: assist 3D CAD mechanism design, develop robotic welding concepts, collaborate with ROS and ML engineers, and help fabricate and assemble prototype parts.

Design and lead implementation of end-to-end Azure AI applications, define cloud infrastructure and data pipelines, ensure scalability, security and performance, modernize deployments, and mentor engineering teams.

Design, upgrade, and implement automation and robotics systems. Analyze and document existing circuits, perform system dimensioning, build and assemble subsystems, troubleshoot, procure components, and apply power electronics and PLC-based controls.

Support recruitment for technical roles by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, posting job ads, conducting phone screenings, sourcing candidates, communicating with applicants, and assisting with company events and career days. Gain hands-on experience in candidate assessment, sourcing, and HR operations.
