Support day-to-day project administration and coordination: update internal trackers and spreadsheets, maintain physical files, assist with timesheets, and perform other project-related administrative tasks while gaining cross-functional exposure.

Perform end-to-end business analysis for loans management: gather and document functional/non-functional requirements, create user stories and process flows, manage backlog, support Agile ceremonies, coordinate with development and QA, estimate effort, validate deliveries, and drive continuous process improvements.

Lead a development team to design, implement, test, document and support core application solutions. Collaborate with product managers, define and review architectures, ensure internal standards, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
