Supports the development and quality assurance of K–12 Science content across State Board curricula. Responsibilities include tracking curriculum changes, researching credible OER sources, reviewing and aligning content, identifying errors and gaps, maintaining master sheets, developing assessments, and collaborating with curriculum, content, quality, design, and product teams. The role requires strong Science subject knowledge, research ability, attention to detail, bilingual Hindi-English communication, and proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.

Own iDream Education’s visual and verbal brand identity across social, email, print, presentations, websites, partner materials, and events. Govern brand standards, audit communications, manage the brand playbook, and use analytics to improve creative decisions. Lead writers, video creators, and designers through briefs, reviews, feedback, templates, and reusable systems. Champion AI-powered design workflows using tools such as Figma AI, Claude, Canva AI, and Adobe Firefly, while training the team and improving creative speed and quality.

Drive government sales and business development for EdTech solutions across state, district, and block levels. Build relationships with government education officials, identify tenders and project opportunities, conduct field visits, present digital learning and smart classroom solutions, support demos and proposals, coordinate partners, maintain the sales pipeline, and submit regular reports. The role requires frequent independent travel within the assigned region.

Produce and edit long-form and short-form video content, including podcasts, documentaries, product demos, testimonials, social videos, and field recordings. Manage shooting, audio synchronization, color grading, sound mixing, captions, motion graphics, visual assets, file organization, and content handoffs. Travel to schools, NGOs, and partner sites for independent video and photo production. Use AI tools routinely to improve editing productivity and collaborate with content, field, and implementation teams.

Own the complete inbound and outbound inside sales funnel for iPrep licenses and subscriptions. Responsibilities include prompt lead response, qualification, pitching, objection handling, follow-ups, payment confirmation, CRM management, pipeline development, proposal and payment-link sharing, funnel tracking, revenue reporting, and conversion improvement. The role serves parents, students, schools, and coaching centers, requiring close collaboration with marketing and growth-sales teams.

Create high-impact blogs, case studies, social posts, videos, reels, presentations, and other content from field updates, interviews, photos, and data. Coordinate with implementation teams, conduct stakeholder interviews, manage social communities, maintain brand voice, and use AI tools to improve content productivity. The role requires frequent field travel, strong English and Hindi communication, mobile video editing, Canva proficiency, and experience in education, NGO, development, or social-impact sectors.

Own product requirements, acceptance criteria, roadmap planning, and prioritization for internal tools and the iPrep education platform. Partner with founders, engineering, design, operations, content, sales, marketing, analysts, and field stakeholders to translate needs into actionable product decisions. Drive design-to-development handoffs, reduce ambiguity and rework, incorporate usage data, and ensure products address real student, teacher, and administrator needs.

Own digital content distribution across social media, listings, app stores, email, and emerging channels. Build dashboards, monitor channel metrics, generate weekly and monthly reports, identify performance insights, and recommend actions. Optimize content, schedules, metadata, and campaigns through experimentation and A/B testing. Coordinate with content, design, web, and product teams on channel readiness, tracking, UTMs, and landing pages. The role requires hands-on experience with digital channels, analytics, email marketing, ASO, SEO tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage the full video production lifecycle, including creative planning, camera operation, lighting, audio recording, photo shoots, long-form and short-form editing, colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and visual asset design. Produce content for courses, podcasts, social platforms, and digital channels. Maintain equipment, project files, and asset libraries while using AI tools to improve production speed and experimenting with new formats and technologies.
