- Coordinate packaging, courier logistics, documentation, and shipment tracking to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor dispatch status, maintain delivery records, and support reverse logistics for returned assets.
- Ensure smooth operational execution while adhering to project timelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Prepare and maintain inventory, readiness, dispatch, and project status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, checklists, and audit-ready records.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Project Management, Tech, Procurement, and Field Operations teams to support seamless project execution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

Other Requirements: Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups simultaneously. Comfortable working with data, documentation, reports, and process tracking, with good proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools. The work location will be Gurugram, Haryana.
- Functional/Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory and asset management, device configuration, logistics and dispatch coordination, and operational reporting using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain precise documentation and provide clear, timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Exceptional cross-functional coordination skills, capable of managing dependencies and ensuring seamless communication between Sales, Project Management, Tech, Procurement, and Field Operations teams.
