Owns product design across iDream Education’s portfolio, leading end-to-end experiences, design systems, user research, accessibility compliance, and documentation. Manages and mentors the design team, partners with Engineering and leadership, reviews shipped implementation, and uses product data to drive iteration. The role also champions AI-enabled design workflows using tools such as Figma AI, Claude, and Adobe Firefly while aligning design priorities with user impact and business goals.

Own end-to-end implementation, adoption, monitoring, reporting, and impact outcomes for digital education projects across South India. Lead a regional operations team, manage school, government, CSR, NGO, and client relationships, coordinate cross-functional execution, oversee training and teacher engagement, analyze usage data, improve processes, and support renewals and qualified opportunities.

Own the Founders’ Office execution layer by tracking decisions, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, managing calendars and logistics, preparing meeting briefs, conducting research, supporting stakeholders, and delivering special projects. The role requires discretion, strong communication, analytical ability, project-management discipline, AI fluency, and reliable follow-through in a fast-moving, mission-driven EdTech organization.
