Collaborate with curriculum, content, quality, design, and product teams while providing timely feedback and ensuring high-quality bilingual learning materials.

Manages end-to-end inventory, asset tracking, device configuration, quality checks, dispatch coordination, shipment documentation, and reverse logistics for digital learning deployments. Maintains accurate stock records, reconciliations, reports, and audit-ready documentation while coordinating with Sales, Project Management, Tech, Procurement, Content, Logistics, and Field Operations teams. The role supports timely, accurate project deliveries and identifies process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Design end-to-end product experiences for iPrep across web, mobile, and device platforms. Responsibilities include translating requirements into high-fidelity UI, maintaining design-system components, prototyping flows, supporting user research and usability testing, creating personas and journey maps, collaborating with product and engineering teams, preparing implementation-ready specifications, and using AI-assisted design tools. The role focuses on accessible, bilingual, low-bandwidth learning experiences for diverse students and teachers.
