Leads daily defense manufacturing operations for a precision optical components production value stream. Responsibilities include managing safety, quality, delivery, productivity, staffing, production priorities, employee performance, training, and continuous improvement. The supervisor partners with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve production issues, manage capacity, maintain standard work, and support customer commitments in a cleanroom and ESD-controlled environment.
