POSITION SUMMARY

Advanced Thin Films (ATF) is looking for a self-starting accounting/finance major to assist with various financial/accounting tasks including data analysis and creating financial models, while gaining exposure to the company's financial operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Receivable
  • Apply cash collections to customer accounts and outstanding invoices
  • Fulfill customer requests for copies of outstanding invoices and statements
  • Perform other duties as required
• Accounts Payable
  • Match invoices, receivers, and purchase orders
  • Execute necessary reports and process computerized accounts payable checks
  • Distribute checks and supporting documentation to authorized personnel for signatures
  • Perform other duties as required
• Financial Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing financial data using financial spreadsheets to identify trends and insights
  • Assist in the creation of financial models to help gain insight into various financial scenarios
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements including income statements and balance sheets
• Participate in other projects, as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong PC skills and experience with Excel preferred
• Highly detail oriented and ability to analyze large quantities of data
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects and complete work by given deadlines

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $35,800.00 - $53,600.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
