Lead pre-sales solution design and early post-sale advisory for IDeaS revenue management solutions in the Middle East. Engage buyers, design demonstrations and PoCs, document solution intent, advise on revenue strategy and adoption, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and value realization.

Supports product managers in defining requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and product enhancements. Gathers customer and market insights, collaborates with engineering, design, data science, QA, marketing, and customer success teams, and contributes to agile delivery, launches, product documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Analyzes usage data, feedback, and KPIs to recommend enhancements across commercial platform capabilities such as analytics, forecasting, revenue management, AI decision support, and workflow automation.
