Provides face-to-face and remote training, coaching, configuration assistance, and implementation support for hotel clients using IDeaS revenue management solutions. Advises clients on integrating the system into hotel operations, prepares training reports and materials, identifies additional training needs, supports sales demonstrations, mentors team members, and collaborates with instructional design teams. Requires extensive travel, Spanish fluency, hotel revenue management expertise, and strong presentation and analytical skills.

Deliver face-to-face and remote training for hotel clients using IDeaS revenue management solutions. Configure systems, support implementation, advise on hotel revenue management practices, identify additional training needs, prepare status reports, develop training materials, mentor team members, and demonstrate solutions in sales settings. The role requires extensive travel, Spanish fluency, strong presentation skills, and substantial hotel revenue management experience.

Provides face-to-face and remote training, configuration assistance, and implementation guidance for hotel clients using IDeaS revenue management solutions. Delivers client consultations, status reports, demonstrations, and follow-up training; develops training materials; mentors team members; and supports sales presentations. Requires extensive hotel revenue management experience, strong training and communication skills, Spanish and English fluency, software training experience, analytical ability, and willingness to travel up to 60%.
