Supports business units using enterprise systems, assists with training materials and job aids, researches issue resolutions, prepares release notes, troubleshoots system issues, and supports service desk projects. The intern works with technical and non-technical stakeholders, learns IAT systems, and contributes independently within a hybrid internship program.

Participates in a rotational claims training program covering Auto, Property, and Compliance. Learns insurance principles, policy coverage, claims procedures, investigation, evaluation, and resolution. Reviews claim documentation, communicates with policyholders and partners, uses claims systems, maintains accurate files, completes licensing and technical training, and performs developmental projects.
