Supports daily cash management and treasury activities, including claim funding, cash-flow forecasting, bank and ledger reconciliations, cash application, transfers, settlements, journal entries, discrepancy research, and unclaimed property processes. Records and certifies transactions in Workday, coordinates resolution of unapplied receipts, supports banking activities and cash-flow analysis, and assists with financial projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.

Provide day-to-day customer service and operational support for surety accounts: create and maintain account and bond files, process premiums, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, audit agent bond logs, generate reports, resolve billing discrepancies, liaise with agents, underwriters, legal and other internal teams, and assist with rating and quote guidance.

Actuarial intern supporting month-end operations reviews by preparing actuarial reports, learning rate development functions, shadowing subject matter experts, and assisting with related duties. The 10-week hybrid internship requires analytical problem-solving, communication, independent work, and enrollment in an actuarial science or related degree program. The intern must work from the Naperville office and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
