Maintains recruitment records, tracks hiring metrics, supports employer branding at career events, and assists with onboarding and general HR matters. The role requires ATS experience, effective sourcing skills, strong communication, deadline management, and the ability to work onsite under pressure.

Manage online freelance bidding platforms and the full business development process, including prospect research, proposal and quotation creation, client communication, project acquisition, lead conversion, and account management. The role focuses on generating international business, optimizing the sales funnel, maintaining client satisfaction and platform ratings, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. This is an onsite Islamabad position with evening and overnight working hours.

Develop responsive WordPress websites and front-end interfaces from wireframes and mock-ups. Build reusable UI components using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and WordPress builders. Troubleshoot cross-browser issues, fix bugs, optimize performance, query APIs, document code, test across platforms, and collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams.

Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications by gathering requirements, creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, navigation components, and graphic assets. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, internal teams, and stakeholders; troubleshoot usability and responsiveness issues; incorporate user feedback; and maintain visual design standards.
