About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic WordPress websites with both front-end and back-end expertise. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-centric websites.
- Implement custom functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and tools into WordPress sites.
- Manage databases (MySQL) and ensure smooth back-end operations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product) to deliver project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress, PHP, and web development trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack WordPress Developer (2+ years).
- Strong proficiency in:
- WordPress (themes, plugins, custom post types, hooks, filters)
- PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind (or similar frameworks)
- MySQL database management
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Full Stack WordPress Developer
- Strong proficiency with WordPress themes, plugins, custom post types, hooks, and filters
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript ES6+, and jQuery
