Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, eager to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HRIS management.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Ensure company policies are revised annually and/or when needed
Ensure implementation of company policies
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or last year of bachelors in HR/Management
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
