Supervise Health Information functions and HIE operations, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage staff schedules and training, perform reporting and analysis, support EMR workflows (Oracle Cerner Direct), handle release of information and payer audits, and collaborate with providers and external facilities.

Provide direct patient care support: prepare patients, obtain and document vitals in EMR, assist providers with exams and procedures, administer and document medications per protocol, perform pre-visit planning, patient education, phone triage, medication refills, prior authorizations, and maintain clinic cleanliness and safety.

Provide clinical support to providers by obtaining vitals, preparing patients, documenting in the EMR, administering medications per protocol, performing clinic procedures, patient education, phone triage, and maintaining clinic cleanliness and safety.

Provide HR and finance support in a clinic: credentialing, payroll, AP/AR, billing, vendor and client communications, orientation, and general administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
