Supervise Health Information functions and HIE operations, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage staff schedules and training, perform reporting and analysis, support EMR workflows (Oracle Cerner Direct), handle release of information and payer audits, and collaborate with providers and external facilities.

Provide direct patient care support: prepare patients, obtain and document vitals in EMR, assist providers with exams and procedures, administer and document medications per protocol, perform pre-visit planning, patient education, phone triage, medication refills, prior authorizations, and maintain clinic cleanliness and safety.

Provide nursing support to providers by preparing patients, obtaining vitals, administering and documenting medications and treatments, performing clinic procedures, handling calls and medication refills per protocol, and maintaining clinic safety and documentation.
