Performs manual software testing for an AWS-based microservices banking platform within a Scrum team. Creates and maintains test plans, test cases, and test executions; conducts functional, performance, and regression testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications; reports and retests defects; collaborates with developers and stakeholders; and communicates testing progress, risks, and findings.

Designs polished, high-fidelity web and mobile interfaces from UX research, workflows, and wireframes. Creates responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, reusable components, and design-system documentation in Figma. Partners with UX, product, engineering, and business teams throughout Agile development to provide implementation specifications, ensure accessibility and visual consistency, review delivered products, and refine user experiences.

Manage employer client accounts in Consumer Driven Healthcare and employee benefits. Lead strategy discussions, deliver product training, resolve service issues, identify upsell opportunities, track engagement, drive retention and process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining confidentiality and supporting revenue growth.
