Lead onboarding and implementation of HSA and spending account products for mid-size employer clients. Manage plan configuration, project plans, stakeholder coordination, training, EDI/SFTP testing, bulk transfers, renewals, partner transitions, documentation, and status communications. Ensure accurate setup, data integrity, timely execution, and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent implementations in a remote environment.

Supports HSA Bank’s Growth team and remote sales and relationship management teams by managing requests, inbox workflows, employer and broker changes, proposals, RFPs, data systems, collateral, payments, vendor contracting, events, content management, and team training.

Manage employer benefits accounts within the Consumer Driven Healthcare space. Lead client strategy discussions, provide product training, support adoption, resolve service issues, mitigate retention risks, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, track engagement outcomes, and collaborate on process improvements. The role requires strong relationship management, communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and mandatory travel based on business needs.
