Supports food and beverage manufacturing through process design, scale-up, commercialization, material handling, batching, continuous improvement, and capital projects. Troubleshoots chronic process issues, evaluates ingredients, products, equipment, and technologies, measures process capability, documents changes in Product Lifecycle Management, and applies design of experiments, statistical analysis, and Statistical Process Control. The role requires plant-floor trial participation, occasional business travel, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manages site-wide human resources activities, including compliance, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, career pathing, training, employee relations, affirmative action, and EEO reporting. Develops department goals, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with managers and employees across the plant.

Design, program, and optimize industrial process control systems for high‑volume food manufacturing. Develop PLC/HMI code, implement advanced/process control strategies, standardize control hardware/software, lead controls for new equipment startups, apply statistical process control, document systems, and evaluate new technologies. Some travel to regional plants required.

Lead sensory and consumer research and support product development for dairy and non-dairy products. Design, execute, and analyze sensory tests, produce clear insights and recommendations, develop formulas and specifications, manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners, and apply DOE/SPC and statistical methods to drive product and quality improvements.

Maintain and reconcile fixed asset accounts, prepare and post fixed asset journal entries, manage fixed asset database integrity, support capital expenditures and month-/year-end close, produce asset and capex reports, reconcile asset and accounting software, and provide audit support and ad-hoc analysis.

The Project Engineering Manager oversees project planning, directs project activities, prepares reports, and liaises with personnel to resolve problems and ensure project goals are met.
