Performs office and plant administration, including phone coverage, shipping, mail, SAP/VIM invoice processing, vendor coordination, contractor compliance, uniform and service-program management, employee engagement activities, meeting setup, and calendar management. Supports food safety and quality responsibilities, handles special projects, and serves as backup for the Senior Operations Support Manager. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, data-entry, and problem-solving skills.

Leads regional sales growth across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast by developing sales strategies, managing sales representatives, expanding customer accounts, analyzing performance, overseeing budgets, and strengthening retailer, distributor, wholesaler, and food service relationships. The role also supports promotional initiatives, product training, competitor analysis, negotiations, customer issue resolution, and achievement of regional sales targets. Travel throughout the territory and remote work from a home office are required.

Supports food and beverage manufacturing through process design, scale-up, commercialization, material handling, batching, continuous improvement, and capital projects. Troubleshoots chronic process issues, evaluates ingredients, products, equipment, and technologies, measures process capability, documents changes in Product Lifecycle Management, and applies design of experiments, statistical analysis, and Statistical Process Control. The role requires plant-floor trial participation, occasional business travel, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
