Advises management on HR policies and employee issues while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Manages all phases of human resources, including compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, affirmative action, reporting, and ethical sourcing. Partners with compensation and department leaders to improve HR policies, programs, career pathing, and employee development. Provides counseling, coaching, and corrective action while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting organizational goals.

Leads regional sales growth across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast by developing sales strategies, managing sales representatives, expanding customer accounts, analyzing performance, overseeing budgets, and strengthening retailer, distributor, wholesaler, and food service relationships. The role also supports promotional initiatives, product training, competitor analysis, negotiations, customer issue resolution, and achievement of regional sales targets. Travel throughout the territory and remote work from a home office are required.
