Manage direct store delivery of food and beverage products across a retail territory. Build customer relationships, ensure product availability and merchandising, execute promotions, drive sales growth, manage inventory and rotate stock, report sales performance and market insights, and provide exceptional customer service. Requires regular travel within territory and physical ability to lift products.

Manage HR policies and programs for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance (EEO/affirmative action), training coordination, employee relations, performance management, and reporting. Partner with compensation team and oversee ethical sourcing and departmental goals to improve HR efficiency.

Manage production scheduling and procurement for raw materials and support items; coordinate shipments with 3rd-party repackers; maintain purchasing and inventory control systems; oversee cycle counts and audits; handle contracts and quality assurance issues; provide procurement support to Production and Processing; enter and analyze daily data; maintain minimum stock levels and raw material delivery schedules; support food safety and quality efforts and provide backup coverage for team members.
