Coordinates Houston Symphony education and community engagement programs, including school registrations, concert logistics, teacher resources, family concert activities, senior center performances, stakeholder communications, administrative support, budgets, board materials, and musician scheduling. Provides on-site event assistance and collaborates with internal departments, schools, community partners, facilitators, volunteers, and donors.

Creates and manages organic social media content across multiple platforms, develops content calendars, maintains brand voice, coordinates influencer and audience-development programs, supports photography and video projects, and monitors online reviews. Collaborates with marketing, communications, musicians, artists, and internal departments to identify content opportunities, support campaigns, engage audiences, and promote ticket sales. Requires occasional evening and weekend concert coverage.

Provides high-quality patron service by processing subscriptions, ticket orders, exchanges, and related transactions. Performs cross-selling, upselling, donation requests, ticket mailing, and customer support. Assists with Tessitura training documentation, trains and tests new employees, tracks incentive contests, and performs scheduled concert duty. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
