The Development Associate supports the Annual Giving team by managing donor communications, creating reports, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating events for membership programs.

Support planning and execution of major galas, donor cultivation, and stewardship events. Manage silent auction logistics, solicit items, maintain records and inventory, coordinate vendors and volunteers, manage event webpages and communications, and assist with other Development duties. Requires evening/weekend availability and occasional event attendance.

Lead conception, planning, and flawless execution of major fundraising and donor events for the Houston Symphony. Manage budgets, timelines, vendor and volunteer coordination, sponsorship fulfillment, communications, and post-event evaluation. Serve as liaison to Symphony Society and Symphony League, collaborate with PR and cross-departmental teams, and drive revenue and donor engagement while ensuring brand consistency and excellent patron experiences.
