Teams at Houston Symphony Society

Provides high-quality patron service by processing subscriptions, ticket orders, exchanges, and related transactions. Performs cross-selling, upselling, donation requests, ticket mailing, and customer support. Assists with Tessitura training documentation, trains and tests new employees, tracks incentive contests, and performs scheduled concert duty. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

The Manager of Corporate Relations cultivates and manages relationships with corporate donors, supporting fundraising efforts for the Houston Symphony.

The Patron Services Senior Representative ensures excellent customer service, processes ticket orders, assists with training, and engages in sales and promotions.
