Co-manage formulation, consolidation, presentation, and monitoring of the Agency budget and county CIP; maintain position control; produce budget documents and analyses; supervise three financial analysts; support the Budget Officer and lead special budget projects.

Provide intake, eligibility determination, certification/recertification, subsidy issuance, lease approval, inspections, contract preparation, data entry, reporting, and customer service for housing subsidy programs (MUI, CCH, YBI). Maintain records, perform quality assurance, and coordinate with landlords, clients, and partners.

Manage and direct the Accounting Department including general ledger, payroll, A/R, A/P, bond and governmental accounting; oversee audits, financial statements, cash management, Yardi-produced records, staff supervision, and compliance with federal/state accounting standards and funding requirements.

Manage accounts payable processes including check runs, ACH and check payments, invoice review and approval, batch review, resolving disbursement issues, training and supervising AP staff, and assisting with annual 1099 preparation.

Manage new construction, rehabilitation and modernization projects for HOC housing. Oversee contracts, scopes of work, budgets, change orders, contractor performance, inspections, permitting, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, MDE, HUD LBP). Coordinate procurement, bids/RFPs, county inspections, and provide written and verbal reports to supervisors and executive staff. Perform periodic pre-purchase and MPDU inspections and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Provide clerical support for the Rent Supplement Program and Resident Services: organize and scan applicant records, maintain Excel spreadsheets, prepare mailings and letters, perform third-party income verifications, review records for completeness, follow up with applicants, and assist with other office duties as needed.

Provide trauma-informed case management to ~30 county-referred homeless/disabled households: conduct home visits, develop service plans, assist with leasing and move-in needs, perform unit inspections, enter HMIS data, track performance metrics, make referrals, and coordinate with landlords and service providers.

Senior executive responsible for operational oversight of housing programs, property management, maintenance, resident services, facilities and logistics. Leads cross-divisional strategy, budgeting, compliance with state and federal regulations, performance measurement, staff supervision, and collaboration with IT and stakeholders to deliver efficient, mission-driven services.

Manage daily operations of ~350 scattered-site housing units: leasing, occupancy, preventive maintenance, budgets, inspections, vendor and resident relations, staff supervision, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC requirements.

Manage daily operations of scattered affordable housing sites, coordinate maintenance and leasing, liaise with residents and boards, support compliance and budget tasks, assist with marketing and tenant relations, and ensure adherence to HUD/LIHTC regulations.
