Reconciles housing voucher vendor, client, landlord, and receivable ledgers; collects subsidy overpayments; creates repayment agreements and recurring payables; reconciles escrow accounts; monitors portable client balances and project-based voucher spreadsheets; prepares monthly financial reports; and maintains relationships with landlords, tenants, housing authorities, and staff.

Processes housing rental approval requests, verifies applicant, unit, and landlord information, reviews inspections, calculates affordability and approved rents, performs rent reasonableness analyses, negotiates with landlords, communicates program requirements, and maintains accurate records in Yardi and related systems while complying with HUD and housing program policies.

Shares information about affordable housing programs, responds to phone, email, and chat inquiries, tracks issues in CRM systems, resolves or escalates concerns, performs data entry, prepares written guidance, and supports call center staff while maintaining a welcoming reception environment.

Provides confidential executive administrative support to the Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications. Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, meeting and committee coordination, budget and purchase-order tracking, report and presentation preparation, Commission packet development, event support, filing, and intranet administration. The role requires handling sensitive information, coordinating diverse stakeholders, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring accurate, timely workflows across the division.

Manages compliance for an affordable housing portfolio of at least 800 units. Reviews subsidized housing program data, Davis-Bacon payrolls, reasonable accommodation requests, and compliance reports. Conducts investigations, site visits, audits, corrective-action planning, and regulatory reviews across federal, state, and local programs. Prepares reports and correspondence, recommends procedural improvements, provides quarterly training, and serves as an inter-agency compliance consultant.

Serve as inter-agency compliance consultant overseeing a portfolio of 800+ units. Review Davis-Bacon payrolls, process reasonable accommodation requests, perform site visits and audits, manage compliance reporting and investigations, compile data and reports, recommend corrective actions and procedure improvements, and provide quarterly trainings.

Manage and monitor compliance reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and policy implementation for housing programs. Lead software upgrades and implementations, conduct data analysis, redesign processes, produce quality assurance and HUD reports, provide training, and recommend risk mitigation to improve agency operations.

Co-manage formulation, consolidation, presentation, and monitoring of the Agency budget and county CIP; maintain position control; produce budget documents and analyses; supervise three financial analysts; support the Budget Officer and lead special budget projects.

Provide underwriting and credit-risk analysis for multifamily mortgage financings, monitor bond and construction draws, develop financial models and multi-year pro formas, perform due diligence on property and loan documentation, coordinate with Legal, Asset Management, Property Management and Mortgage Finance, and support loan administration and bond issuance activities.

Lead HR functions including labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS management, talent acquisition, training and organizational development. Provide strategic HR leadership, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and collective bargaining agreements, drive employee engagement and performance management, and oversee HR analytics and reporting.
