Teams at Housing Opportunities Commission

Manage compliance for federally subsidized affordable housing: calculate and monitor income/rent limits, HAP/OCAF, utility allowances, TRACS and EIV support, SAM.gov registrations, quality control for Reasonable Accommodations and Davis-Bacon, assist audits/reporting (HUD SEMAP, state/local), update policy documents, and provide staff training and risk mitigation.

Provide underwriting and credit-risk analysis for multifamily mortgage financings, monitor bond and construction draws, develop financial models and multi-year pro formas, perform due diligence on property and loan documentation, coordinate with Legal, Asset Management, Property Management and Mortgage Finance, and support loan administration and bond issuance activities.

Lead HR functions including labor and employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS management, talent acquisition, training and organizational development. Provide strategic HR leadership, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and collective bargaining agreements, drive employee engagement and performance management, and oversee HR analytics and reporting.
