Manage an assigned employee benefits book of business: ensure client satisfaction, coordinate deliverables, liaise with carriers/TPAs, analyze plans and claims, lead implementations, prepare reports, and mentor team members.

Assist high-net-worth personal lines account managers with policy checks, invoicing, cancellations/reinstatements, endorsements, billing inquiries, and documentation in the EPIC system; learn HNW coverages, surplus lines, and claims processes while minimizing backlog.

Manage an assigned commercial insurance portfolio as primary client contact: process renewals, ensure underwriting compliance, coordinate binding, invoicing and premium collection, support retention with Sales Consultant, and stay current on coverage, rates, and proposal processes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients by delivering tailored insurance solutions. Support producers, coordinate with underwriters and carriers, analyze risks, lead renewals and negotiations, review contracts, and maintain strong client and carrier relationships to drive retention and account growth.
